AC&A was brought into Ubisoft on a short term contract to provide insight around social and mobile games and AEM (acquisition, engagement and monetization) techniques.
We met with the lead designer, social designer and producer on a sports IP to participate in brainstorming sessions to improve the product’s high level design.
Our deliverables were:
Presentation on general social trends and how they affect core games
Discussion around what social mechanics might work for Ubisoft’s IP
Selection of 1-2 social mechanics based on product/market fit
Detailed description of how chosen mechanics would work in Ubisoft’s IP
