AC&A introduces Manitoba game devs to Industry Leaders @ GDC
As we’ve done in years past for the Ontario Media Development Corporation, this year we’re assisting New Media Manitoba with “export development.”
What does that mean?
- We book Manitoba game companies targeted meetings with publishers, funders and others at GDC. This year that will amount to approximately 30 meetings for 10 dev studios.
- We host a 30-person private networking dinner (photo above), where biz dev reps from firms such as Apple, Microsoft, Google, Amazon, GREE, Zynga and EA forge relationships with the Manitoba game devs.
Adrian visited Manitoba in January to meet personally with all the companies attending GDC and wrote a piece about the trip for Techvibes.
