AC+A worked directly with the team at Nickelodeon on SpongeBob Moves In, an invest-and-express mobile game where players turn Bikini Bottom into a thriving undersea city.
In preparing SpongeBob Moves In for the free-to-play mobile marketplace, we provided the following services:
- Designed and launched the first-ever themed holiday event for the game (Halloween)
- Transitioned the game from being paid to a free-to-play product
- Analysed the FTUE (first-time user experience) to identify weak points in D2 to D7 player retention
- Designed clearer aspirational goals to improve overall player retention
